What are my legal rights regarding Rezulin?
CONTACT
A REZULIN RECALL LAWYER if you have any questions regarding
your rights. Many people have died from the liver failure Rezulin
has caused that had been reported from the time of the diabetes
drugs approval. The FDA
did not issue a
Rezulin recall until the dangerous diabetes drug had been prescribed
to 2 million people after it sped through the FDA approval process
in 6 months on the fast track approval process. Warner-Lambert
knew of the dangerous Rezulin
side effects far before the FDA ordered the diabetes drug to
be withdrawn. If you have suffered because of the negligent practices
that Warner-Lambert used to manufacture and market Rezulin it is
important to actively change the ways pharmaceutical companies endanger
the lives of unknowing consumers.
